Yayyyy I’m back into the 220’s!! A new decade!! Just trying to work off the gain after Mexico. But I’m happy to say that I am back on track and back to eating mostly healthy (besides my jolly rancher addiction). I’ve gone back to drinking my greens everyday which make me feel good. I even added collagen to my coffee and I don’t know if my brain is playing tricks on me but my skin looks better! I used to have a lot of redness and it’s much better.
In Mexico we slept on a king size bed for 9 days. When we got home I realized that I NEEDED it in our home. I finally broke my husband after a couple weeks of begging. Black Friday came at the perfect time! Got a wicked deal on everything and it fits in our bedroom beautifully. I’ve had the best sleep of my life since we got it! Last night I slept for 11 hours!! I can see why one of the pillars of WW is sleep. It’s so important to set you up for a successful day.

I had a great meeting this morning. I love Sundays because it is reset day. I’m not working right now but my husband is so we like to sit down on the weekend and plan out our meals for the week. Then we go grocery shopping. And usually on Sunday I cook a big batch of something. I love cooking big batches and love searching for recipes. I finally ordered plastic covers for all my recipes that I print off my computer. I have a huge binder that I finally started collecting my recipes. I’m excited to get organized.

I’m set up in our king size bed with my lap top. I never sit up in bed like this, but we just got the new king size bedframe with a fabric headboard that is extremely cozy. I realized this is probably going to be my new spot. I love it.
I did really good at breakfast and just had nonfat greek yogurt while my husband and stepson had homemade breakfast sandwiches. They looked really yummy but I enjoyed my yogurt. I don’t like using too many points in the morning so that I can have more in the evening time for my bigger meal and snacks.
We’re going bowling today! I can’t participate because of my shoulder, but it’s fun to watch my family. My husband is actually really really good at bowling so it’s fun to watch!

Just finished a beautiful 10 degree walk around the lake. It was super busy but that doesn’t bug me, I love seeing all the different people out enjoying this beautiful park. So that’s been my daily exercise since the wedding, an hour walk with my hubby and puppy. I know I can do more though, I just gotta get back at it.
